Established in August 1982, Bobsan Sdn Bhd began as a building material supplier and trading company, operating primarily in the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia. Our focus has been project-based, specializing in Industrial and Commercial Roofing, Precast Concrete Products, Building Insulation, BRC Steel fabric, Door and Window Frames, and Light Weight Steel Truss.

In our 41-year journey since registration, we've honed our expertise in supplying and installing Industrial and Commercial Roofing Systems. Our Management team boasts over four decades of solid technical experience within the construction industry.

He joined the company in 1995, amassing over 31 years of experience in the construction-related industry, particularly in the supply and service of construction machinery and equipment. With over 20 years of senior management roles across various private and a publicly listed company, he brings a wealth of expertise in leadership and operations.

TAN Hoo Kheng (Eric)

Since joining the company in 2000, he boasts over 21 years of sales expertise within the building materials sector, specializing in metal deck, lightweight, and MS truss products. His role involves overseeing the sales team and targets, consistently delivering competitive pricing and top-notch service to clients. With extensive knowledge in metal decking/cladding, lightweight and MS trusses, diverse roof products, and various building materials, he assumed the role of Managing Director for Bobsan Sdn Bhd in 2019.

HO Hun Hock

Since joining the company in 1995, he has accumulated over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction-related industries. For more than 21 years, he has served as the Executive Director at Bobsan Sdn Bhd, concurrently managing the subsidiary BS Roofing Sdn Bhd, overseeing work schedules and employee workloads. Offering on-site hands-on technical support, he excels in on-site technical issue resolution for all our projects, ensuring smooth operations and project success.

TAN Thean Peng B.E.(Civil), M. Eng. Sc.(Civil) MIEAust. CPEng.

Since joining the company in 1996, he brings over 8 years of Civil Design expertise, specializing in structural, pipeline, dam, and roadway design within Australia. With a robust background spanning more than 15 years in senior management across investment and management holding companies, he has served as the Managing Director for Bobsan Sdn Bhd for the past 20 years. Renowned for providing engineering and technical prowess, he offers invaluable expertise in structural and roofing system installations, adeptly solving complex problems in these domains.
